Great Wall Motor Company Limited is based in China and is the largest privately owned automotive manufacturer in China.

Listed as one of the Top 100 enterprises by Forbes, it is set in Baoding in the Hebei district. Great Wall Motor's production plant is divided into three different areas covering a 1.8 million square metre area, boasting a production capacity of in excess of 400,000 units for Chinese consumption as well as export.

GWM is the first privately owned auto company of China listed on the Hong Kong stock market and already exports vehicles to over 109 countries.

Exports account for about a third of the company's sales.
